Is it a lot of work getting started?

It's not hard at all. In fact, we do all the heavy lifting, configuration, setup, etc. All we need from you is a few pieces of information.

How can you provide unlimited support?

You're right to wonder how we could offer unlimited support for a fixed subscription. First, this is site management support, not website development. Management tasks are those tasks that can be performed by one of our support people in 30 minutes or less, as determined by our support manager. Tasks are assigned to support personnel on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is NOT way to get larger, more involved work completed. For these needs we have better services.

How will my credit card be handled?

Total Defense is a subscription service and we will automatically process charges at the beginning of each period. We use Stripe to securely process and store all transaction information.

Will you support more than one website?

Yes we do! You can add additional websites and subscribe them to the appropriate account level on a per site basis directly from your account dashboard.

What if I decide I want to cancel?

You are free to cancel at any time and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. 

If I signup, how long before I'm protected?

Once signed up, several processes get underway, both manual and automated, to get your site protected within hours. The first things we do, once we have access, are scan your site for malware infections, configure your off-site backups and get our base security packages in place. After this we can address some of the more advanced options and tasks that vary per site.
